Although we do believe that Lessons For Life is the best language-learning software available, we realize that it may not be the ideal solution for everyone. For this reason, we offer an unconditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all merchandise purchased directly from us.
Within 30 days of shipment of your order, you may return any product in new condition. Please note that you will need to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us.
· Lessons For Life International will accept return products purchased directly from Lessons For Life via www.lessonsforlife.net or www.englishcdroms.com , websites within 30 Days from the date of your purchase.
· The Lessons For Life return policy does NOT apply if the product is purchased from a Lessons For Life International authorized retailer. You must contact the retailer directly, and the return is governed by the retailer’s policies and terms.
· All materials must be intact and undamaged in order to receive the refund. Accordingly, you must return the CD-ROM/s or DVD-ROM, User-Guide, and the original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return, and wrap the package securely.
· Shipping costs, when applicable, will not be refunded. In addition, Lessons For Life International does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return.
· Lessons For Life International subsidizes all shipping costs by US$20 in order to reduce the cost to its customers. Lessons For Life International will deduct US$20 to recover its shipping expenses. You will be refunded your Full Purchase Fee less US$20.

· Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our database. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost minus US$20. Additional Shipping and handling costs, or any additional surcharges for shipping, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
· Lessons For Life International is not responsible for return packages not received. In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.
